Brenda and I are Australian Citizens living in the San Francisco Bay Area. We saw a cute house for sale on www.realestate.com.au by Professionals Redlands Real Estate. The house was on the market for just about a couple of days. We sent a message to the listing Agent, Jade Hale who promptly responded. Within 24 hours, we had a phone discussion with Jade, arranged for a relative to inspect the house and 24 hours later, we were in contract to buy the house. There were 19 groups of people with 4 wanting to make offers a couple of days later when the property had its scheduled first and only public inspection. Jade displayed great knowledge of the area and outstanding customer service. He offered to provide any help we needed and recommended a local conveyance solicitor and inspection services.
