I have, in the past, found the process of selling a house to be tedious, and sometimes stressful. I have also found dealing with real estate agents to be tedious. Some of the agents I've dealt with have been patronising, most have lacked credibility, most have made promises that they haven't kept, the feedback they've given with regard to the opinions expressed by people who've viewed my property has been inconsistent, their attitude has been dismissive when dealing with other people's money, and I've seldom been able to feel confident that what I was hearing from them with regard to the market, the value of the property or their negotiations with buyers were true. Overall I have felt on tenterhooks throughout the process each time. Given my previous experiences I was not expecting to find selling our house this time to be completely painless, and I certainly wasn't expecting that our dealings with the agent would leave me feeling confident that I was dealing with an honest professional. Jade Hatcher met every promise she made. She was prompt and efficient, blunt but open, honest and respectful. It was apparent that she was knowledgeable.
