To any prospective buyer or seller in the Toogoolawah area, we believe that by considering anyone else to look after your interests, you would be doing yourself a disfavour. We found Jade to be very friendly, knowledgeable, communicative, and supportive in her work with us. As we were not local but interested in also looking at properties that were not listed with her agency, she organised for the agency who were looking after the properties to be there when we visited to inspect. The house that we finally purchased we had put out of consideration as the asking price was above what we had considered. During discussions over lunch it was established that the house was being shown by a fellow agent and we tagged along on the viewing.
