When we were looking to place our home on the market in Riverview we did our research and had a very good idea of what the market place was and the amount of activity in the area. Next we invited 3 agents from various real estate companies based on their sales in the area. One of those agents was Jade. From our very first meeting both my wife and I felt a real relaxed confidence in Jade. She was Knowledgeable, informed and well prepared and as we lived away from the property she acted as a proxy property manager assisting with checking on the property, arranging to meet tradies and the like. Nothing was too much for her and if she said she'd do something, she did it, no fuss. When we finally listed the house, Jade had already been working quietly arranging to show it at the first opportunity resulting in a contract on the very first day. Luck? I was told once there is no such thing as good or bad luck, just opportunities captured or missed and Jade was there, prepared and caught the opportunity when it presented, for which we are thankful. My property was put up for sale in March 2016. I found jade very well presented, well mannered , extremely polite, and most of all the woman knew how to sell a house she has the antiquities of a brain surgeon crossed with an accountant, she made me feel appetisingly comfortable from when the house was on the market and when under contract ( it had taken only 2 days to sell ) .
