Before appointing a Real Estate Agent to sell my Duplex in Chisholm, I did a lot of research on who was the most successful agent in the area. Jade Perryman from Clarke and Co stood out. On appointing Jade, I was not disappointed - she lived up to all my expectations. Jade is a very hard worker -works 24/7 and is always available and approachable - and nothing is too much for her. Jade was always there to help when needed, a great communicator, and always ready to listen. Jade is smart and intelligent She sold both my duplexes in a relatively short period of time close to my asking price. Jade gives realistic expectations, prompt, good communicator and facilitator, while guiding us through the selling process

Jade and her team were amazing with finding us our new family home. She knew what we were after and was able to source this for us prior to the home going to market. We were happy with the price that was negotiated and found the whole process hassle free. If you are looking to purchase a home, we'd recommend you contact Jade and let her and her team like we did and let her source a home for you. We can't recommend Jade highly enough.

Very good personality Well maintained professionalism and respect

Jade and Carly successfully sold our home off market after an unsuccessful (on market) attempt with another local agency. Jade’s communication was second to none and made us and our home feel valued throughout the process. We couldn’t not rate our experience with Team Perryman any higher. We are very satisfied vendors and our only regret is not engaging Jade sooner.

Jade stood out from the beginning when trying to find an agent to sell our property. She was motivated, intelligent and prompt in all areas pre and post selling our home. We had an offer within a week, which was an amount above our expectations. The marketing as flawless. With an experience which can be potentially stressful Jade was calm and confident. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jade to any vendor selling their property.
