She advised me on the presentation of my home including removing a lot of furniture and wall hangings and to have the house painted throughout. This presented the rooms as light and spacious and Jade gave stylist advice for no charge which further enhanced the attractiveness of the whole house. I was very happy with the professional photos and presentation of the brochures and the display on the internet real estate sites. Jade was in regular and friendly contact with interested parties and was able to negotiate a very good, and therefore acceptable offer, prior to auction date. I am very pleased.
