Jade made the process of selling our house easy and stress free. Jade communicated openly and honestly throughout, and was always friendly and professional. We cannot thank Jade enough for helping us move on to the next stage of our life and we highly recommend her.

Jade was always available , pleasant and efficient. I felt looked after and her advice was valuable. I would employ her services again and I have passed on her details to friends , who have been very pleased as well.

Thank you Jade for finding a buyer for my Dad's home in record speed. You were so professional right from the 1st day to the last. You listened to all our needs with the sale and delivered better than we could of hoped for. We highly recommend you for your professionalism and care in real estate.

Jade was patient, informative, gives you her full attention and does everything she can to support you. It was lovely to have a comforting real estate agent throughout the craziness of buying my first home. Jade adds a personal touch of her own that adds to the whole experience

Thank you so much to Jade Shani and all the team at Urban Habitat Real Estate for assisting us in buying our second home. We are extremely happy with our purchase! Right from the start at the home open to collecting the keys the whole process was a wonderful experience and this made the process of buying our property easy with no stress at all. Thank you Jade for being welcoming, friendly and professional and being there to answer all messages or calls with our questions or concerns, this made us feel very secure in knowing we were buying the right property for us!! We we even given a welcome hamper! Thank you so much :)

As a first home buyer, we came in with no experience or knowledge in the process. Jade made the process as seamless and enjoyable as it could be. She explained everything clearly, and slowly and made sure we knew what was happening. Our settlement agent was often slow to get back to us and not clear in the next steps, and Jade would often go over and above to explain next steps when it wasn't her duty to do so. She truly made it a smooth journey for us! Thank you so much Jade!

Jade is an amazing real estate agent, she was equip with all the information of the suburb sales where my property is located. She did well in explaining the valuation of my property and she price it well to make the sale quick and attract buyers. She was there every step of the way, from marketing, signing of contract until settlement of the sale.

Jade and the team at Urban Habitat Real Estate have always provided me with the most professional service when dealing with both renting my investment property, and more lately with the sale of my property. Jade provided me with up to date market information, a competitive valuation and consistant feedback on home opens. She always kept me well informed on all aspects of selling my propety, which made for a quick and successful campaign. Jade continued once the house has been sold by providing me with a list of reputable Settlement Agents. Her professionalism and attention to detail made the whole process from initial contact to settlement seamless. I will have no hesitation in highly recommending Urban Habitat Real Estate. Thanks Team :)

I would highly recommend Jade as my real estate agent

I have been dealing with Jade since 2017 and cannot say how professional she and her team are. From giving good and honest advise , made my decision easy and it prooved to be spot on all the time. Highly recommended not only if your are buying/selling , but also if you need an agent to manage your investment property.

Great communication, gave great detailed feedback after each open home. Understood the work involved preparing for the open homes and was as considerate as possible when booking them. Always pleasant and easy to deal with. Very family-oriented and comes across in her manner.
