I sold my property in Parmelia with Jade (settled this month). The whole experience has been exceptionally good. I was actually selling two other properties in different markets at the same time and Jade and her team were clearly performing at a higher level. For starters, the price we got was fantastic and better than I had hoped for. But more importantly, the way Jade handles herself with sellers and tenants alike is professional and ethical which is sadly often missing from real estate. She was excellent with my tenants when breaking the news, and coordinated the sale logistics well with them. She also was genuinely looking to find another investor to keep the tenants in place. She also worked very well with my team (conveyancer, property manager, sales advocate). I always knew what was happening but had to do very little as Jade was all over the details. She was personally a delight to deal with on the phone (I'm based out of state). I also really value her business model which bucks the trend and allows clients to nominate the commission based on their experience. Very different approach but just shows her approach is all about genuine value for clients. I also provided some feedback on her process which she actually implemented into process change at her business.
