Good strategist and excellent communicator.

Unlike the other agents that we interviewed, Jade provided a detailed strategy for selling our property and a calendar of the process. When the initial approach to sell the apartment tenanted did not attract sufficient buyers, Jade pivoted to the fallback position of selling the apartment vacant. She quickly costed the requirements for the second strategy - painting, carpeting and display furnishings. Jade well understood the benefits (not necessarily obvious) of the apartment's location and precinct-like environment and this helped stimulate added interest in the successful sale. Her negotiation style was direct and fair, highlighting the difference between a sale to an investor versus sale to an owner occupier. We were kept informed every day during the negotiations as they developed. We would recommend Jade for any future project.
