Jae is the king of Henley Beach. He works hard and knows the area better than any other agent that we have encountered over the last 3 years. Highly recommended.

Whilst upfront the interaction was acceptable. Post settlement when issues were raised (rubbish being left behind by the previous owner and the discovery that uncompleted works were never disclosed in the Contract). His position was far from professional and was clear that he held little to no responsibility. Delays in responses and poor responses have left a sour taste for the entire experience. There are considerably more professional Agents in the immediate area and I will be certain to seek out others the next time I sell a property.
