Our search for a home started early 2021. It was a series of meetings with realestate agents, many calls to schedule after hour house viewings, text messages back and forth and finally having agents accomodate you to actually view a house after 6pm. It wasn’t until March 2022 where we first met Jae from Sweet realty. He answered my text without delay and called me to confirm our same day inspection. This is a huge plus as most of the agents don’t reply to a text to begin with. We made an offer the following day and secured the property the following 24 hours. The whole process was smooth and hassle free. It proves how professional, knowledgeable of the area and surroundings and genuine Jae was in the start till the end. We would contact Jae to view the property multiple (five) times during the cooling off period and he was always positive, kind and hospitable.
