Lack of property knowledge, we both felt misled by being given false information about the dimensions of the block extending beyond the back wall of the property. When we checked the dimensions of the property through council web site and after we had made an offer to purchase the property, and not knowing the information received was false information, the property boundary was only to the back wall and no further.....So I would be wary of any information received from this Agent.
