It has been a great experience working with Jahkoda Ferguson. He does a thorough market research and analysis, as well as consulting colleagues working in the same area. We consult on a strategy to pitch the offer to capture all interested in the property. He then analyses all interested parties, and works rigorously with the most likely buyers. He gets a deal well within the 60 days. I like the way he keeps me abreast of all that is going on. Jahkoda is intelligent, tenacious and industrious. He is an excellet agent.

Jahkoada has been vary helpful in the process of the sale. The thing that I liked most is that he picked up the phone when called and returned my calls.
