Jai have remarkable skill to convince people in challenging situations. His dedication for work, negotiation for deal was exceptional. Few friends warn me for giving this job to jai, because he was not famous in my area but surprisingly he fulfilled my all needs by selling my home into my expectation price. I see person like a jai who never cares for time to fulfil his challenges. His helpful nature beyond his job truly amazing. Due to covid pandemic it was hard to see buyer in market but jai has completely proven himself a perfect real estate expert who can fulfil ur needs. I’m still surprised by Jai’s skill because there were couple of same properties were in a race to sale in my neighbourhood, they were waiting to sell this property since last 2-3 months but they were unsuccessful. But as jai took charge to sell my home he took very less time for settlement of my home, I was impressed. I can say jai is really hard working guy for his job, his very warm and helpful nature makes people’s way easy. I wish him all the very best.

Just wanted to Express my views on Service I received from Jai @Hunterz Agency Merrylands.   Jai is such an awesome salesperson to deal with. He got us the best deal out in the market and sold our house more than what we had in our mind. He worked hard and remained quite transparent through out the deal.
