As we were unable to attend open houses due to living 3 hours away Jai arranged a private viewing that worked in with our timetable. He also found answers to all our questions (and there were lots) in regard to the property. Jai knows his local market very well and comes across as a decent honest guy which (in our opinion) is rare in the real estate game.
