Jaide was the selling agent for a property we purchased. She went out of her way to fit in a private inspection for us (we had come from 6hrs away and had limited time) and then was readily available and knowledgeable throughout negotiations. She assisted with all enquires and recommended several tradesmen for building and pest inspections. At all times, we found Jaide to be courteous, professional and helpful which was very much appreciated as we were moving from over 500kms away and couldn’t get to see the property often. While we understand that she was working for the vendor, she was also compassionate to our situation considering both the difficulties with distance and the fact we have a disabled son, which complicated how often we could travel up.
