i would just like to take some time out to say a big "THANK YOU" to Jaime for the sale of our previous property at 2 Amhurst Drive, Narre Warren South. It took us a while to get our property sold as there were many buyers that put offers on the table, but did not fall through with Finance from either their bank or their brokers. Being the first time we have sold property, Jaime would keepin contact with us and assure us that everything would be ok. More offers would go through and still same problem with the finance. Jaime would tell us that sooner or later the right buyer for you property would come along. Being in real estate so long and having the knowledge that she has, we put or whole trust and confidence in what Jaime would say to us. The wait was over and Jaime negotiated a price for our property that we seriously did not think she would get. we ended up selling our property for $20,000 more than what we really expected. Jaime-Leigh is one of the few agents who is upfront and honest. She will give you an honest appraisal on your property without misleading you. What stood out the most about Jaime-Leigh was her customer service and communication. After every inspection, she followed up with all the people who inspected the property. I've dealt with many agents and I haven't come across that before. She knows how to keep the buyers interested. She always provided detailed feedback. She also sold my house in 9 days and bet the record for the area. Highly recommend.
