Jake is great! Ordinarily I don't rate Real Estate people very highly. I believe that in a great number of cases, Real Estate has lost its soul. But I have to say Jake has not lost his and that's what sets him apart. I'll make an exception for Jake any day. He is fun, empathetic, understanding and communicative.
