A healthy number of prospective buyers inspected the house and several had follow up inspections on the Monday. These led to an offer that exceeded our expectations and resulted in the property being sold on the Tuesday. It was only on the market for five days because of Jake's good advice and professional service. He communicates well, has a good sense of humour and is a nice guy to boot.
