Jake is a young lad who tries his best. He’s reliable & friendly. He even offered to paint my courtyard to meet the buyer’s demands and not bother us to do it so that’s excellent customer service well above our expectations. The only reason for not giving him 5 stars is he didn’t match our price expectation to the final price. I would have given him 4 1/2 stars if it allows me.
