Jake is a super friendly guy who has bent over backwards to help us sell our home. Nothing was ever an issue throughout the entire process. There were times when we needed to get things signed and weren’t able to do things within normal working hours, Jake would just swing by after hours to help us out. Everything went smooth throughout the sale and Jake was professional and organized to the point that he had information for me before our conveyancer. Jake was open and honest with us from the start! He did his absolute best in negotiation, the seller didnt want to budge on the price set, but Jake was very willing to go to and from, giving us an opportunity to bid, ultimately wining us the home. Jake called when the contract had gone through and met us on his way home (even though we were running late from work) he used his own time to take photos of us sticking up a SOLD sticker, capturing a special moment for us.
