We engaged Jake when he was working with Place Coorparoo to take over from Scott Hay and another agent that was trying to sell my home. Originally the agents said we would get $1m. Feedback was then presented around $900,000. I was very disapointed in the process and wanted to end my listing Greement with Place. We then phoned Jake to say we were not happy with the process and he had irionically joined place that week. Jake took over the sale from the Principal and agent, and negotiated a record price for us. Jake also negoaited the pest inspection down from $10,000 to $500. Jake also sold a house for my neighbors at 18 Gosling Street in the eary 2000’s and achieved a record price for a local resident of over 50 years.
