Jake was very easy to communicate with at all times and helped us in every way with advice. We did not get bids we were looking for so we took it off the market, but Jake came back to us a year later still working to get us a much better offer. It's a tough market now for all so we were pleased with the next offer well above market a year later so we decided we would sell. We'll done Jake. We would recommend you as an agent anytime.
