We had another agent before Jake and didn't have very good communication at all... we were always chasing him for information. Then he retired and we were given Jake..... His communication was absolutely amazing.... we knew what was going on all the time, when he took people through we had the feedback straight away! Once Jake took over our property the interest increased! within a few months of Jake being responsible for our property it sold... for the asking price! Could Not fault him.
