Jake did well at a time when the property market was still fairly slow. We received several low offers over a period of a few weeks from developers, but with Jake's guidance and advice we were prepared to wait for the right buyer to come along. Quite soon after we accepted a good offer from a private purchaser. Throughout Jake communicated with us often and kept us well advised of progress. All in all, a really good result.
