Jake has handled the sale of my property in an excellent manner, sold my property within 2 weeks of advertised. I had my property with a different agent for over six months they couldn't sell it, they made me pay an advertising package $3,600, in the last 3 months of trying to sell it, they still couldn't sell it. Jake sold it with in 2 weeks without advertising package and with the same situation and tenant that the other agent couldn't sell it. 😳
