Easy to talk to never pushy gave me information I needed ,answerd my calls as prompt as posible and is still helping even now the house sold ,although the times are tough because of CV19 he achieved almost to the price I wanted (not his fault)now able to go ahead and get the home for my future
I’m not usually one for writing a review but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to do so for Jake. I’ve been buying and selling property now for around 17yrs and this was an emotional sell. After a break up selling the family home. Jake was nothing but a star throughout the whole process. He kept me in the loop about the market and what it was doing. Always being realistic despite the emotion attached. He had to deal with a difficult tenant and even more difficult buyer but his professionalism was nothing short of a gentleman. I wish I had more properties up my sleeve so I could give them to Jake and let him go to work. Absolute legend :)
