I met this young gentleman in Feb/Mar 2018. I have told him we have only 2 days in Sunshine Coast and we are going for a house. He took us to view more than 10 properties but no deal made. Two to three months later, we came and did the same exercise but no deal made. Even we had not bought anything, he was still happy and no complaint. End up we bought a house 120 Sunshine Cove Way through another agent. We always remember his professional approach and excellent customer service. That's why 4 years later, this time we approached him to sell our house. From the time we talked to him to the time sold the property, his professional approach and knowledge have impressed us a lot. He gave us regular updates and the responses from the potential buyers. One word: Fantastic. I currently have a buyer looking for a house about $2M budget. Also I have other investors looking for land for development and building houses. I will definitely need Jake's professional help.
