He LISTENS to what you need . He kept in contact with me ,kept me updated on properties in a non aggressive manner which I really appreciated. He worked with me for 5 months.Never said no to me wanting to view a property up to 5 times and even out of hours. The property I finally purchased ,which I love ,I didn’t really want to waste my time to view this property.Jake however encouraged me to view it. Guess what… I purchased it .
