Peter, Jake and the team - who were also my long time property managers were recently given the role of selling two family homes. The first was a deceased estate sale in Tarragindi, managed by three sibling Executors. I was so please with the quick and professional sale for the family home which also maximised its price but also accessed the large market of interested buyers they have been building up for the suburb - then he was asked to sell my property in nearby Moorooka which they has also been managing. For each sale, Peter and Jake consulted us on the best approach: resulting in a standard sale process for the first sale and an auction process for the second.
