Jake did an excellent job on the sale of our property. Nothing I asked for was to much and everything was done quickly, efficiently and with good grace. The marketing campaign went flawlessly, his communication skills were excellent and he worked hard to do the best for us in the sale of our property. He is an easy person to deal with and willing to go that extra mile to ensure potential buyers are afforded every opportunity to view the property at times that work for them. Jake had come highly recommended to us from a friend, however we did not expect him to be THIS GOOD. I recently engaged Jake on behalf of my elderly parents (who are downsizing) to sell their family home of 45 years. From the beginning, at our first meeting, my parents and I found Jake to be a professional, kind and above all a genuine person. He took every opportunity he could to get to know my parents, as well as put their minds at ease by answering all questions and he gave us a very clear timeline for the successful sale of the home. Throughout the sale Jake consistently kept us informed and made a conscious effort to make sure my parents were not stressed in any way throughout the process. He even offered to drive to their home and help fix a computer problem! And he personally delivered documents to them so that they didn’t have to drive.
