We contacted Harcourts real estate as the company to handle the sale of the house , Jake was the agent we dealt with , he was very helpful and had excellent knowledge of the market in the area, he was always available to take calls and advise accordingly as we lived over an hour away, the sale went very smoothly and quickly due his professional attitude , we felt very comfortable dealing with Jake ,he was honest ,diligent and totally on the ball with regards all contracts and documentation that had to be dealt with, we would like to thank Jake for everything he done towards the sale
