Working with Jake was a real pleasure. His warm welcoming nature and knowledge of the market made the sale of my property a real breeze. Jake was a great communicator and was always on hand when I needed to ask a question. If anyone is looking to use Jake I would highly recommend

Jake was really easy to work with and very professional, we found he was very respectful in the sale of our long time family holiday home, he took the time to understand our situation and did an outstanding job overall, would highly recommend using Jake and we would definitely ask him to help us again in the future.

Jake was so easy to work with, knows the market and organizes all.

Jake is very knowledgeable when it comes to land and property sales he did a great job for me, I'm so happy, he worked tirelessly to sell my property and I'm sure he will do the same for u 2. Steve.

Jake was very reliable and professional in his approach and sold my property in a very timely manner. He was honest and realistic with his appraisal and always kept me informed. I would definitely recommend Jake if you are looking for someone to sell your home. I used Jake based on a recommendation which proved correct

Jake and the team are exceptional, I’ve undertaken several transactions with Jake and each time he has exceeded expectations. Would not sell with anyone else.

A great job by Jake. He was a pleasure to work with. I asked for a lot of detail about the property and Jake was terrific in obtaining the information from both the owner and lessee

I recently listed and (happily) sold a property at Beech Forest with Richardson Real Estate Colac. I was fortunate to have dealt with Mr Jake Theodore. Mr Theodore was excellent. Great communication, regular updates, good advice and very easy to deal with. Jake sold my property for a good price in an adverse market. And to be honest, it was a fairly humble vacant block in Beech Forest, not an expensive or high end sale which would have yielded a large commission. I own a number of properties and I have bought and sold over the years - Jake is far and away the most competent and effective agent I have ever dealt with. Thank you Richardson Real Estate, and best wishes to Jake. Yours Sincerely Michael.

I would like to thank Jake for selling my property. Jake was very professional and considerate, he also worked diligently and I was very happy with the result. Thank you on a job very well done.

Jake was very good at communicating & returning calls & answering any questions that I had. Made the purchase very easy. Good to deal with, thank you.

It was great to deal with Jake, his unwavering dedication and professional excellence throughout the whole process. To work with such a pleasant and cheerful spirit is a blessing.

Very knowledgeable, very prompt. Instilled confidence with most matters relating to the sale, very reassuring. Good to deal with!
