After reviewing property sales for the last 12 months in the area, we went to 3 different agents to get an appraisal of our property value and a realistic indication of the sale price. One agent gave us a low property value but assured us we'd get a higher than expected price. The second gave us a low price and told us we didn't know the market if we expected higher. Jake Towns gave us what we believed was a realistic market assessment, a minimum price we should accept and then pushed for a higher price through a clever and targeted marketing campaign. We ended up with a higher price than expected, in a shorter time frame. The service was excellent and very easy.
