Jake is a friendly calm knowledgeable man he was always available to answer any questions we had there was never an issue when we wanted to look over property just once more lol and take measurements etc he even laid on floor so we could see where we’d put our Murphy bed his communication between us and seller was very prompt and we feel he helped negotiate a great price he was never pushy like a lot of realtors at houses we’d been to and never ignored us as had happened numerous times at past houses / realtors he’s a decent down to earth person and would recommend him to anyone looking to buy a home we found our forever home Thankyou Hake from the bottom of our hearts
