I only give Jakub 1 star because there is no option to give him zero. From Day#1 it was clear he was only interested in supporting the vendor and the current tenant. I requested confirmation of the settlement date, and arranged for final inspection. Jakub chose to wait until I was physically at the property to advise the vendor had failed to issue the vacate notice promptly - no doubt to work in with their rental cycle - and that the tenant was still in the property. This would have been a workable issue had he chosen to let me know about the vendors tardiness when he found out, but instead he chose to inform me to my face, after I had travelled to the property - which I was expecting would be empty. Instead I was left homeless for a week, while I rescheduled removalists and sorted short stay accommodation! To add insult to injury not only did Jakub pass the buck as every opportunity, he then avoided me - failing to show up to the office the mornings the settlement finally went through, leaving one of the office staff to pass over the keys. Additionally the vendors conveyancer continually communicated to *my* conveyancer that the property was empty, when I was still unable to move in because the tenant was still in the place. Cowardly, deceitful and unprofessional I complained to his superiors. They complete missed the point - that I had been inconvenienced due to a choice Jakub made to hold off informing me about the delayed settlement date - instead assuring me that they had assigned Jakub "homework" to brush up on his understanding of issues relating to settlement. He understood only too well. Why Jakub chose to go about handling the information this way is beyond me, but I certainly cannot recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase property. I assumed everything was progressing as expected. While Jakub isn't responsible for the vendors tardiness he *is* responsible for choosing to wait until (what was to be) the final inspection before telling me about it.

We have known Jakub for a few years now. We only knew he was in real estate when we decided to list our house. We have found him to be very professional and did everything possible to achieve the best possible price.He always took our calls and was also very good at keeping us updated with any offers. We would thoroughly recommend him to any of our friends if the situation come up

After having our house for 120 days with another agency, Jacob was a breath of fresh air, he was helpful, cheerfull and did an awesome job for us. Jacob had our house sold within 3 weeks, we were able to purchase the property we thought we would loose due to our property taking so long to sell. We couldn't recommend Jacob highly enough. Both my husband and I wish him every success in the future. Thanks Jacob for a job well done.
