Both my wife (Jane) and I were very happy with the friendly, positive service and assistance that Jamal provided. He made the whole sale process easier for us and while listening to our thoughts etc., he was very constructive about what and when to do things to make the whole thing work. We consider ourselves very lucky to have the whole process resolved so rapidly and with so few issues to contend with.
