I've met a lot of real estate agents over the years. Not that I've bought and sold massive numbers of properties but I probably have bought and sold more than my fair share. When i first met James at a property in Avalon (which incidentally I bought) he made me feel at ease, comfortable and, frankly, important - as if I was an important part of the sale of the "property I was looking at equation". James is a good bloke, can put himself in your shoes (ie has empathy) and knows what he is talking about. He listened to what i had to say, gave me good advice and sussed me out in terms of when i was ready to buy. And, most importantly, after we had done the deal he was still prepared to take my calls, return text messages and organise times when i could go and take builders, etc, through the property. I would highly recommend James to anyone who is looking at selling their property and if you are looking at buying a property and you run into him at an open for inspection you can trust what he says implicitly.
