I did try another local real estate agent they did not look after my instrest and offerd poor service James presented my house in a excellent manner and was sold very quickly

When I met James I was so excited to have him selling my house and the first few weeks started off well. It was suggested to put tenants in the house, which I did with the guidance of the real estate company. As soon as the tenants went in, the open houses stopped because James felt the house didn't look very good. We secured a buyer after around 6 months on the market, knocking over 10k off the asking price. The tenant still had 6 months left on the lease and apparently the buyer wanted to wait until they were out for settlement. James assured me that because the tenants were bad we would get them out within a month and settlement would be brought forward. This happened and settlement was not brought forward. I asked several times and was told NO. So we had to pay for the mortgage on the house for 6 months while waiting for settlement, no way I could get out of the contract. Now that settlement is around the corner I am signing the last of the forms and I see that the buyer has secured a new buyer using my lawyers, I can see on the form that they have sold the house while its been under contract with me for an additional 47k, this is the reason for the long settlement. I am beyond upset with how the sale and tenancy of my property has been handled.

James seems to have an up to the minute understanding of how the market is tracking. We found him very personable, easy to talk to and honest. Our outcome was very acceptable.

I believe James was 100% spot on with the market. His advice and knowledge of his industry is excellent. Was informative with prospective clients. Would recommend James for buying or selling our property.
