James genuine zest and enthusiasm for his work gives me the impression that he has certainly got a care factor. Once again James has gone above and beyond for myself and my portfolio to execute a difficult sale and to ensure I received a good price. Behind the scenes James has jumped through hoops and has gone above and beyond for vendors that do not live in the Rockhampton area. Somehow he even managed to find an MFD in an Italian village so I could send back a signed contract. Thanks for everything James. Matt.
