He asked a few questions about what I was looking for, and from my answers had another property in mind. It turned out to be perfect for me. Ticked all my boxes and some. James did a great job asking questions, listening to my answers and following through with a great suggestion. He also helped me a lot with the process of buying a home. As this is the first house I have bought, I had a lot of questions and James had all the answers. Give this kid a raise.
