You immediately gained my trust with your friendly business like approach. After asking you to represent my interest in selling my house, you went into overdrive to achieve the best possible result. And that you did. I was most impressed the way you advised me and conducted the sale. You organised 6 open house visited, kept me informed all the time and advised me the next step to take. I have limited experience with Real Estate Agents but I’d doubt that there would be many like you ably assisted by your team. The result speaks for itself: my house was sold above the estimated value making me a happy man. Would I recommend you to other prospective clients? Of course I would. James constantly kept us up to date and was available for answering questions. He walked us through the whole process multiple times, so we felt confident we understood what was going on (even if it was still nerve-wracking!). He went out of his way to support us through the sales process, such as making sure house was fine for the open homes when we were away. He worked hard by contacting all prospective buyers multiple times. We are happy with the outcome and process we went through.

James is an amazing find amongst agents. We sold through him and he was constantly attentive and absolutely spot on with the price he achieved in minimum time. He doesn't bullshit.
