I recently purchased my first home and James was very understanding about my apprehension of this new experience. He helped me through the process of purchasing a house with minimal stress. The only small thing was that I did not get an opportunity to place the sold sticker on my new home. I understand that as a company it may not have been allowed but it would have been a nice to provide even better service.

Throughout our sale process James RISOS, was very thorough. Even in the months leading up to our listing, he managed to keep in contact without seeming to pushy which is an area where I feel a lot of other agents do fall down. The agent who handled my application was different but overall the entire YPA team has the same knowledge - So I am rating the entire team. Thanks for the market comparison and the proper explanation towards buying the property. The process was simple and elegant to understand. Only one suggestion - for a first home buyers please stress or make the buyer understand on the special condition, Since I am new I missed out to add the special conditions before signing the contract.
