He is a good listener, and was responsive to my input and to my needs. He communicates effectively and is well organised, and was proactive in following up the initial expressions of interest so that the first open for inspection attracted a number of viewers and offers, and a second open for inspection was not necessary. He made the rather daunting task of selling a rural property so much easier because of his organisational skills and his people skills. Altogether, a true professional.
