James had an excellent approach.

James’s approach was very understanding of our needs and he saw the love and care we had for our home. His understanding that the property was special in location and size and that the market was difficult for such a property. We discussed different ways of approaching the sale. I think James shone when we had a buyer but there was delays with finance and he kept us in the loop contacting us as soon as he had updates. This was appreciated as I work away and to keep both of us up to date meant going the extra mile.
