I have to say our experience selling our home with James, was excellent. Right from the off there was a no nonsense, practical approach from him. James didn't sell us an unrealistic outcome, quite the opposite, he was very honest. James' communication was superb. We mostly talked via text, he was super responsive and informative and I never felt I was being left in the dark at any stage. He kept me right every step of the way as I hadn't sold a house in Australia before, no question felt like a stupid one, even though some of mine were. James kept in touch even when his job had been done, nice touch. I would have absolutely no qualms in using James' services again, he's super agent.
