James was very hard working and throughout the sale. James tried very hard to achieve the best price possible by continually driving the sales campaign and keeping me informed of progress. There were regular open houses with prospective buyers all followed and feedback provided to me so I knew what was happening. The apartment was also leased which created a challenge in the sale but this was well managed. When the sale was close to being finalized James did not take the easy option and was successful in securing a further increase in the final sale price through good negotiation. James was very professional and easy to work with I would use James again for the sale of my other investment properties
