James has been very helpful throughout the whole process of the sale. Always explained the difficult and intricate process of how to sell my property. It wasn't the easiest sale too but he always worked hard from beginning to end. Our family has used James for several purchases and sales and I couldn't trust or recommend any other agent more so than James Burke. Very lucky to have his services as an agent!!!
