I was kept informed at all stage of the preparation of the property for sale, styling and the open days for inspection. I was in the loop on the subsequent bidding for the property by the prospective buyers by James Cahill, his excellent handling of the bidding process between the 2 buyers resulted in an amazing sale price of $950k for my property
