James Cahill was excellent. I can’t express my gratitude enough. He knew the market so well, how much we could reasonably get for the property. I really appreciated his expert knowledge. He also organised everything to make the property look much better, and much more saleable. It was a complex property, with some issues with the neighbouring construction…and he helped me so much with this in negotiating with different buyers. Once again his experience, expertise and ability to communicate well to all parties is something to be highly praised. I felt very looked after!!
